Often more expensive than the budget airlines, unless
it's a very last minute special offer, but it's always worth checking.
Don't forget that these prices also include a luggage allowance which is
not usually the case (no pun intended) with the budget airlines, where
you have to pay more for your luggage.

commission on to flight prices before offering them to you. So always
check prices for booking direct with an airline first.

Tenerife Airports
Tenerife has two airports. The main one is located on the south
side of the island and the smaller recently refurbished airport is located on
the north side of the island.
Tenerife North Airport.
This is the closest airport to the apartments
in Puerto De La Cruz. Only about 25 to 30 minutes travelling time from airport
to apartments. The journey is very easy and full directions will be supplied.
Unfortunately, direct flights to this airport are limited at the moment and not
that easy to come by. Flights are often on a seasonal basis and not always
available.
There are airlines like Iberia that
fly to this airport regularly, but this usually means landing in Madrid
first.
This airport also has other benefits. Once you get off the plane, you are
normally collecting your bags and out of the airport within 30 to 40 minutes.
When leaving, check-in and boarding is just as quick. Both arrival and
departure, involves very little walking as the airport is quite small.
Tenerife South Airport
This airport though the furthest away, is still only about
60 to 70 minutes drive by car. A much busier airport but still tiny compared to
Heathrow or Gatwick. The journey from airport to apartments is very easy as 95%
of the journey is motorway. Full and detailed instructions will be supplied.
There are lots of flights to this airport, departing from all over the UK with
several different airlines. On that basis, it is advisable to search around for
