General
This apartment is lovely and spacious. It has 60 sq metres of interior and 60 sq metres of exterior which is composed of a large Terrace and a garden. The garden has been lovingly planted with colourful flowers, of which many are the lovely Amaryllis. There are four large Canary date palms and many ferns which are a delight to the birds and butterfly's that frequent the garden.
Terrace
A lovely quite spot to sit and have your morning breakfast, lunch and evening drinks under the palms. The terrace has been  colourfully tiled on the walls and has two sun beds, a table and four chairs with parasol. The terrace looks out onto the garden as well as the surrounding gardens.
Bedrooms 1 & 2
The Apartment which has just been completely refurbished has two bedrooms that are airy and bright. Wardrobes with drawers and plenty of space in each room. There is also  an ironing board and iron. A clock to wake you for your flight home (which can be put in the draw during your holiday, or left out to get up for an excursion). The main bedroom looks out onto the garden and palm trees. The second bedroom looks out to the side garden, also flowers and a palm tree. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two large single beds, which can be pushed together if required. Parquet floor in both bedrooms.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a tiled floor, and is open plan, completely new, and has an electric hob and oven, overhead extractor fan for hob, a fridge / freezer, many cupboards fully stocked with all the necessary utensils & crockery. The kitchen has all granite work tops and breakfast bar with two stools.
Lounge / Diner
The lounge and dining room is very spacious and consists of a large leather sofa and large foot stool in leather and large pillows for comfort. Glass / metal coffee table. Sideboard with television. A Dining table matching the coffee table with four chairs. The lounge room has two modern paintings to add  colour and warmth to the room and to make you feel at home.
Bathroom
The bathroom is fully tiled with a powerful shower and a Jacuzzi bath, toilet and bidet, large mirror and shaver point. There is good water pressure. The sink has marble surround  and is quite large. There is a cupboard to put your personal things in.
